The first update in almost 7 years! I've gone back and optimized the app for newer devices.

- Better fonts, higher resolution screens support
- All content locked locked under Imperium Pro is now free for all users
- All ads have been removed
This should be the last update (for another 7 years?) baring any crashes. Imperium 3 only supports Twilight Imperium 3rd edition - if you are interested in me updating this to 4th edition please send me feedback.
